ACCOMMODATION
DS CARE Properties own and manage a mixed portfolio of flats, houses and HMO’s. The Serviced Accommodation we provide meets the following criteria; • Our aim is to ensure all our properties provide a healthy environment and are free of damp and condensation which are common problems in the Uk housing stock, more so now in the current energy crisis. We have invested in various measures within all our properties to seek to eradicate these issues. We work with a company named Envirovent who are a company providing extraction and ventilation solutions for homes and in addition to these measures we work closely with all occupiers to ensure all properties are adequately ventilated and to educate them on the factors that may cause condensation. • All necessary certification will be in place as is standard with all properties we manage – HMO licence if applicable, Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Certificates, EICR and gas safety • Key security boxes are fitted as standard to the external frontage of our properties • All properties are provided fully furnished, with bathroom and kitchen packs and with all necessary white goods. Bedrooms are provided with built in bedroom furniture which has been designed to be modern and robust. • The majority of properties have CCTV, which greatly assists us in dealing with any nuisance issues that arise and assist in our reporting to councils • All utility bills, tv licence and broadband are covered within the nightly rate • We can if required provide a breakfast package • Where possible we provide a clean and hard landscaped outside space
